Conference materials are accepted in in Karakalpak, Uzbek, Turkish, Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.

The conference will be held in-person and online in the Hybrid option.

Publication

All accepted submissions will be published in the official conference proceedings. Articles recognized as the best by the Scientific Committee will be published in special issues of the journals "Bulletin of the Karakalpak Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Karakalpakstan" and Baku State University (Azerbaijan) "Life Sciences & Biology" (subject to additional revisions). All conference materials will be indexed in Google Scholar.

Letter of Invitation 

Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangement to participate in the Conference may receive a letter automatically once they have registered. Please note that this letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the organizers.

The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
