Invitation to the Second International Congress on Eurasian Biodiversity (ICEB2024)

 

The organizing committee of ICEB2024 is pleased to extend a warm invitation to all life scientists and researchers interested in the biodiversity of Eurasia. Following the success of the inaugural conference at Andijan State University in Uzbekistan, we are excited to convene the second conference at Ege University in Izmir, Türkiye, from September 2nd to 4th, 2024.

 

This year's conference will address a critical issue impacting the Eurasian landscape: the escalating drought stress in Eurasia and its detrimental effects on biodiversity. Drought conditions have intensified across the region, leading to significant challenges for ecosystems, agriculture, and human well-being. ICEB2024 will provide a platform to explore the complex interplay between drought, biodiversity loss, and potential mitigation strategies.

 

The organizing committee and host institutes will address solutions for sharing knowledge and cooperating at this conference, focusing on the biodiversity of Eurasia. Future progress in partnerships among scientist will be built upon the recent strategies.
