Venue

This conference will be held in the "Conference Hall" of Faculty of Science at Ege University. Participants who could not attend the conference will have the opportunity to participate online. For online connection, the Zoom address will be provided before the conference.

Accommodation

Each participant will arrange their own accommodation. Accommodation opportunities in hotels are diverse. Staying in hotels close to the metro line will make your transportation easier. The university also has a guest house, but its quota is limited, and each participant must make the reservation by themself.

Travel to Izmir by air

There are direct flights from European countries to Izmir, and transfer flight from Istanbul.

Accessibility

The Adnan Menderes Airport in Izmir is about 30 km from the Ege University and can be reached by underground:

1. Buy a pre-pay ticket Kentkart ('Citycard') from the machines at the airport

2. Take the train (there is only one, the IZBAN) to Aliağa direction

3. About 11 stops later, get off at Halkapinar station, and transfer to IZMIR METRO

4. In IZMIR METRO, take the underground to Evka-3 direction

5. About 5 stops later, get off at Ege Üniversitesi station

6. The conference hall is about 5 minutes walk away (You can ask for “Fen Fakültesi”)

To the Venue (Ege University) 

Access to Conference Hall is easily available by public transportation or Taxi.

During the days of the conference, our university will not be asked from guests for a permit to enter the university.
